HELP please

I have filed my I-140. I have the receipt date of June/07/03. But when I use my WAC number on the online status or phone numbre. I am unable to retrieve the status?

What should I do? I called my lawyer, he frequently says "you may have a typo" . I know it is not. Can anyone please comment

did you try the phone system ?
Call 1 (800) 375-5283. Have ur WAC # with u.
