Hello,

I just ran out on my H1 status last nite (completed 6 yrs) . I have my I-140 petition pending at the CSC. Also, I have applied for H1-B 7 yr extension. But no approval yet?

Can anyone tell me? Is it legal to continue to work without the EAD (which I donot have at this time?)


Any help/pointers will be appreciated....

U are in legal status and can continue working as u have filed for ur 7 th yr extension before ur 6 yrs had been completed.
