Hi,
Filed I-485 at VSC in Sep/2001. Working for Rapidigm.
Currently on bench and have been told that I will be laid
off in 2 weeks if I dont get a project by then. Got an offer
from a small Co. (50 employees) in Chicago. Same job
title and pay. My questions are:
1. How safe is it to change location? (Chicago is in NSC).
2. Are there people on this board who changed location
and got approved?
3. Is it ok if the pay is about 10K less than current pay?
4. What are the list of things to do if I am going to take up
the offer?
5. Should I resign from Rapidigm or just take up new offer?
