I was in "Removal Proceedings" a few years ago and the judge terminated the proceedings and allowed me to adjust my status with USCIS under EB2 category. My attorney submitted my application to the TSC service center for adjudication. They never sent any acknowledgement for 6 months. I called their Customer Service number and they told me they never received the file and asked me to re-submit everything. My attorney re-submitted the I-485 application to TSC office. Another 6 months went by and we never received any acknowledgement from the TSC. My lawyer talked to them and then they rejected and sent the file back to my attorney saying that to file the application with local USCIS office since they didnt have jurisdisction over my case. My attorney filed the case with local office in Miami and again we never received any receipt from them for 8 months. My attorney went to Miami office and they were able to locate my file in "National Records Center" and advised him that the file would be transferred to another local USCIS office (Oakland Pk Blvd) due to jurisdiction. We inquired with Oakland office after a couple of months and they said that the file was already transferred and they would schedule an interview with me for my green card in a few weeks.
It has been another three months and i have not received any notice from Oakland Pk office yet. I am not sure what is causing all this delay.
Unfortunately i am stuck in this bureaucratic mess for no reason and i dont know how to resolve it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
