Hi there,

I have a situation here,my company is asking me to go on vacation after applying for EAD and AP.( I have applied I485- ND is Nov 2000)

My question is: can i go on vacation before getting AP? In my view,Only after getting AP One can leave US? Is that Correct?

Please gurus help.

Finger priniting .

My ND : Mar-01 . I have moved after applying my I-485 (with in a months). So far my lawyer did not updated my new address to INS. Can somebody give me info about procedure for address change . Also i want to how it will impact the finger prints and GC . Moved from CA to OH .(new project )
