hi i received an email today about "the latest Processing Times" and i was given this link https://www.visapro.com/INS-Processing-Times.asp
my question is, how do i follow the table from the link?
i looked under Boston Ma, under "I-485
(Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status)" and saw "12/01/2005" but i'll like to know what does that date means?

That means currently they are processing those applications received no later than 12/1/05. Good luck
