Help Please

I am trying to get my necessary stuff together paperwork and documents for my interview,but i do not have a SS# as yet andi cant be put on my husbands health insurance and i dont have a drivers liscense so i cannot have my name put on his car insurance .My interview is in une but i am worried that i may not get my SS# in time.So far i have joint bills but no bank account due to lack of SS# and frustrated.Can someone tell me what to do?.Is it a problem not having assets with my husband as yet?.

I wouldn't worry about it. Get what you can - bills, photos, airline tickets, etc... That should be enough. Altough, it's strange that you can't put your name on your husbands bank account. As far as I know, only one of you has to have a SS in order to get an account... My hubby put my name on his account when i didn't have any SS either. As long as you have a valid pasport/ ID. But that's Wells Fargo... Make your hubby call the bank and ask if it's possible. It's a 5 second procedure.
