on december 2004 i applied for my 1-485, they had informed me that is taking from 500 to 600 days to process this kind of cas. , i just received a letter from the INS tells me that my case has been transfered to TSC. which i have no idea why !!! but, i just got an e-mail NOW saying the following:

On January 3, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

what the heck is going on here and why i'm gonna have to wait longer time????

any help please from simillar cases??

This is a standard language that means TSC just received your transferred
case. Your ND will be the same as your NSC original.

I got the same Email the same day you got which was yesterday. I applied on July 22nd 2004(ND) and on March 3rd 2005 I got an Email which says your case has been tranfered to another BCIS location for processing, and at that time I called CS and they said they dont know where is it, and last night I got the same message as you got with the diffrence mine is 450 to 600 which does not make any changes, People here are saying this is Generic answers (email) for all of us, and I have had LUD changed today as well.

And morning I called CS and lady told me "here" which is written in Email means where you have filed your application which is Nebraska,
They dont know S*** and confusing us as well, good luck
 
all i know is i can't wait to become a citizen so i don't have to deal with the immigration any more......too much humilation !!
