Dear
My husband has got Green Card and now he is naturalizaton pending.Can I apply with him for tourist visa (for me) in Embassy in my country because I'd like visit him? What should we tell to the officer to get this visa in Embaassy, what kind of documents should we take?Thank you and best regards.
 
You will most likely NOT get a tourist visa to US. Once your husband becomes a citizen he can sponsor you for an immigrant visa. Until then you will have to wait.
