I called yesterday (/810/00) and the message changed to request additional info or evidence. I haven\'t received the INS letter.
This morning I spoke to IIO to ask what kind of info needed, but was told that there is no explanation in the computer.
I self-petitioned my I-140 of EB1 extraordinary ability at NSC when I was in unemployment status with H4 visa and got quick approval. I sent I-485 application to VSC because I have been working in PA after I-140 approval and before I-485 application.
The questions are: (1)do they transfer my files from NSC to VSC in order to process my I-485? (2) Is there a bigger change to get RFE if one switches from one service center to another. (3) if employer letter needed, may an official job offer letter satisfy this requirement?
