Help Please !!! Regarding i140/1485

Dear All :-

My case (I140 and 485) is pending since Dec 2004. Feb 2006 my senetor put inqury and told me that my name is in SC. I have been trying to get hold of my senator's office again but in vain. So what should I do ? I tried to call NSC they told me My employer has to put inquery not me. My employer is a*hole doesn't liston . Should I make INFOPASS and try to go there ?

Any suggestion will be highly appriciated

USCIS will not discuss a pending 140 with you since you are only the beneficiary.
There is no point making a InfoPass for that - you'll only waste your time.

The only person that can make inquiries re: a pending 140 is ur company's lawyer / representative

Not to kill a dead horse; max2k1 already provided the right answers. I just wanted to add that the only solution you have is to work with the employer. I know that you might not love it but he/she is your only way to get past this mess.
