could someone please tell me how is the 'opt received date' calculated? is it on the day your materials arrive their office? or when your check is cashed? or when they mail out your 'notice of action'?
i need to catch a start date on 6/20, which means i will need to get a receipt date before 3/20. if i mail it our 3/10, is it still possible?
