My husband has been in asylum for 17 years, he had an appointmnet last tuesday 12 in Anaheim, ca and they told him he has 60 days to apply for NACARA, he wants to include me in the package but we are confused, we went to a legal office and they told us that 1st he has to add me to his asylum to get my A# and after that he can send the package otherwise I am going to be left out of the residency (in case is given), we went to get a 2nd opinion and they told us something totally dif. ,he doesn't need to get me any A# before, he can include me in the package for NACARA as the same time, please, please anybody with a similar case or any suggestions will be really appreciated, we are very worried to make a mistake and we don't have that much time left.
