Help please- My 2nd FP Expired 4 month back

Hi,

Pl some one help what should i do for the 3rd finger print schedule.

2nd FP on sep'2004.

I contacted my local congressman's office, who got in touch with USCIS to have the FP scheduled. They scheduled it pretty fast too.

Otherwise, you can get in touch with "VSC directly" through the 1-800 number using certain key combinations and talk to them.

Is your PD current ? If it is, there should not be any problem getting this scheduled.

if your PD is not current then you have to wait. they will schedule an appointment when they look at your case. no need to freak out yet.

Hi eternal_labor,
Can you let me know how much time it took to get FP notices, after contacting your Congressman. I contacted my Congressman office via phone, the lady told me I have to wait until my Name Check is cleard to get my 2nd FP (my 1st FP was expired in 2/2006), once my name check is cleared the INS officer who realizes that my FP are expired, will then issue a 2FP notice. That doen't sound right to me. I am Fairfax, VA.

I appreciate any info/help.

This is exactly what my senator's office also told me. The ultimate FP will be scheduled only when NC is done. This FP appointment says appear on that day and time otherwise your peition is considered abandoned.
