Please help me out! I am currently employed by employer A and received an offer from employer B. While employer B was gathering information for my H1B Transfer, the recruiter told me that they might not be able to transfer me because the position is an entry level position. However, I have worked for employer A for almost 3 years and the experience is directly related to the job that I will be doing for employer B. FYI, I do have a BS degree. What are the possible issues and are there any potential solutions? Please help me out. I really want to work for employer B..
