Hi

One of my friend's company is telling that they want to cancel all H1's for those employees who got their EAD cards and not yet approved I-485 (AOS). Do you see any problem if this is the case?

I am also facing the same situation :(

Can anyone please suggest what should we do - is it okay to withdraw H1B while waiting for 485?

Please help!!!!!!
