Hi all,
I realized when asked question #35, they asked for all previous visits to the states. I've been traveling to and from the states for about 20 years at a rate for twice to three times a year on a B1 visa with my parents. Would I need to find all the dates I went and send an additional sheet with them to KCC? Or is just writing the last three visits enough? And as long as I write my case number in the top right hand corner it should be attached with my earlier forms sent correct?
