my EAD is expiring on 1/29/2004..


--what's the right time to apply for EAD, 3 month before expiration or more?
--How should I apply? ( go to local BCIS office or send it by mail)
-should I hire a lawyer for this..

Apply right away as holiday season is nearing and better to apply 3-4 months before expiry

Apply filing EAD form and send it to Service Centre

Do it by yourself..It's simple

You can do now, to avoid delay in approval

Download the form from BCIS website and send it to Service center (where your 485 is pending)
