Help Please.. EAD RFE reponse not received in 90 days..

Gurus help.. My wife got an RFE for her EAD (Photos).. I sent them to lawyer. I think he screwed it up. INS never received or they are not able to relate the RFE response. On 17th message changed to written decission has been mailed. What is next? Lawyer is off till end of this year. If it gets rejected what is the next step? Please help.
 
DO you have tracking information???

If you have FEDEX tracking no. then call INS and let them know that INS received the response. If you don\'t have still your lawyer can file motion to reopen. You need not worry if she does not require EAD immediately. You can wait for your lawer to come back. Enjoy the holidays

Lawyer claims he has tracking information. If she can get her EAD it would be better. I am not getting paid now. How long does it take to reopen and finally get the approval. Any guess or comments?
