Would appreciate advice.
Currently on H1B. Filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently jan 06 (EB-2) at NSC. I-140 approved may 06. Currently working full time.
Want to go back to University full-time july 07 to upgrade skills/specialize (No stipend anticipated while studying).
If Green card not approved by july 07, what status would I use to register as a student? Would I have to withdraw i-485 and apply for student visa? Does fact that I applied for I-485 make getting student visa impossible?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
