Help on WH-4

Dear all,

I am constantly abused and harrassed by my current employer and I would like to fill out the WH-4 (http://www.dol.gov/esa/forms/whd/fts_wh4.htm). But I have a question on item #7. Does anybody know what "Basis of Knowledge of Alleged Violation(s)" is? What information should I provide there?

Also, besides faxing the WH-4 form to DOL local office, does anybody know how I can report this to INS (or BCIS)? Or should I do that?

there is no risk involved. if you have proof why do you worry. teach lesson to ur emp

it depends on whats your issues are.

wh4 can be used to file complaint with dol if your employer violated h1 or labor laws or wage descriminations or issues.

if you dont mind let me know whats your issue is with ur employer

generally if you file the charges based on the fact that you are the victim then fill as "aggrieved party"

if you are a female and harrassment is related to it then you can file several charges against your employer. you can file with dept of justice (immigration special council) and eeoc.
