Hi guys, please help us with our case. We appreciate any of you who gives us any response.
My husband and I met at 2002 and married in Jan, 2004, China. I came US on Nov 20, 2005. Due to my husband's work as a professor in HK University, he
could't come to US to join me together within at least 2 years. The reason we are separating because HK government wouldn't allow me to work there as a Chinese passort holder. The rules says I am eligible only if I had overseas living experience. Another reason is that my husband wasn't sure how long his contract going to last. If he lose his job in HK, then he will return to US. In that case, it would be better if I can work in US beforehand.
We can provide the following evidence:
1. Joint tax return(If it is lawful allowed, we can fax a joint tax return
for the coming one)
2. Joint house title in China
3. Joint car insusrance
4. Joint bank of BECU
5. Joint credit card
6. airline tickets for vacation to LAS.
7. Some pics of last year vacation
8: Friends of ours to prove that we are truly couple.
9: I called him every week.
10: Bounch of emails after I entering in US.
11: Joint title of his HK bank(if needed, we can do so.)
12: Joint car title(if needed, we can do so.)
13: Joint lease name(if it is not considered a fake evidence, we can do so and I will resign the renting contract with my landlord.)
Is it enough to submit with the above evidences? What else do we need to
prepare?
One question really bothers us is that should we clelarly tell the USCIS that we live separatly currently when we file the petition to remove conditional GC? About the future, either of us have to give up the work anyway. My husband intend to let me go back to work in HK after I get my US citizenship. That way, I am eligable to work in HK.
