I got a ref from NSC about medical exam. I finished the medical exam last year and submitted it with I485 application. Today, I recevied a ref about my medical exam. It said that I missed one immunization (there is a letter for civil surgeon). I remembered that I got some shots during the exam and they told me I had passed the exam. However, I could not rememeber whether I missed this shot.
The problem is that I am not in that city now, which I finished the exam last year. It is impossble for me to go there again. My question is whether I can got a local civil surgeon to check this for me. If not, should I visit the old surgeon personnaly for this, or I can mail this form and let them fill it for me?
Anyway, I will call the surgeon about this.
