My company (chemical) just finished a 3-month recruitment (in MA). The attorney wrote a 3 page result report with a few sentences for each of the 9 applicants and a summary of the ads. I wonder whether that's sufficient.
I read from some webpages that the report should include things like : explanation of the position (the existence of the position before employing the alien, business necessity of special requirements, etc.); evidence of contacting the interviewed applicants; ect.
The company' attoney is very difficult to get hold of and she made serious mistakes in a couple H-1 applications. So I'd like to double check whether the report looks right. It'll also be appreciated if anyone can recommend a lawyer who provides consultation on such issues.
Thanks in advance.
