Hi,

I get my GC on June 2002 and I was engage not married yet, it is religion engagement

Back home when I ask for my marriage certificate they based on my religion engagement date July 2001.

(a) Is this will be an issue on my N400?
Note that :
- I got my GC from my mother (US citizen since Nov 2001)
- My GC category is F16 (Adult Unmarried)

(b) Do I have to fill out the form g-325A and send it with N400?

Assuming you are applying for naturalization under the 5-year rule, you shouldn't need to show a marriage certificate, although sometime the IO may ask for one anyway.

There is definitely no need to send a G-325A. The original N-400 and all supporting docs listed in the N-400 instructions will be quite sufficient.

In that unlikely case that IO will ask for marriage certificate you'd better have some proof of your actual marriage date. Otherwise, USCIS may start investigating and charge you with fraud (obtained GC as an unmarried adult while married - per your marriage certificate). This may become a very serious matter and can lead to revocation of GC with subsequent deportation - in the worst case scenario.

Thanks all for your reply, you advice me to remarried and post new certificate marriage date?
