Help on my case

I have been reading this forum recently. It looks great. Here is my case details, could anyone help me what woudl be the status?

State PD=Feb2002
Fed Date=May2003
45day letter replied=April2005
Category=EB3 - RIR from California

I see many people got approved even after the date I have mentioned. Is that could be anything wrong in my case? If so,what shoudl I do?

When I ask my employer, they just say "we are just waiting".

Please help!!

Your case may have been shipped to PBEC.
 
What does it mean? Is it taking long time in PBEC?

Why should it be sent to PBEC? Any more glues?

You can find out if you case went to PBEC by looking at your 45 day letter. If the case number starts with 'P' then it is in Philly if 'D' then Dallas. Philly started late on certifying cases (As they were busy entering data!!!). The latest Dallas case certified was (posted today) with PD=April 23 2003.

If your case went to Dallas, you may want to aggressively check with your employer/Lawyer.
