Help on laid off while Oct 01 485 pending

Friends, need help.

I am an oct. 2001 485 filer based on EB2 NIW, unfortunately, my case has not been decided by VSC.

Very unluckily, I was laid off one week ago. I understand that the best way is to get another job as soon as possible. Considering the current economic situation, it is very hard to secure one within 1-2 month.

What should I do if REFed or transferred? Please provide your opinions and suggestions. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about it. I hope you will get approval without RFE/transfer. In fact, I am expecting similar situation at job too. God help us!

Thanks a lot for your useful information.

One friend with EB2 NIW was transfrerred to local for interview one week ago. His case was filed by the same laywer as mine, with 2-week apart. The RD and ND for his was end Oct 01 and beginning Dec 01. He works in an Univ. and did not change in 4 years. It seems more and more intervies for NIW.
