dear friends,
i am new in this forum and i appreciate anybody's advise regarding my case.
we filed an i-140 petition on june 5, 2006. on june 16, my lawyer received an RFE requesting proof of ability to pay specifically my company's 2005 tax return.
my company has then forwarded its 2005 tax return to my lawyer, who i presume would respond to the RFE this week.
i checked processing dates for TSC and notice that they are only at January 2006 for I-140 (EB3 category)
now my questions are:
1. Is it possible that they are processing my case ahead of schedule?
2. how long does it usually take them to decide on my case once they receive the response to the RFE?
3. What are my chances of getting an approval?
