I got my I-485 approved recently. I got married before starting GC process. My wife is still back in home country. After I-140 approved I filed for Consular Processing for both of us. Unfortunately I changed my application from Counsular Processing to AoS. My I485 has been approved but her I-824 is still pending.
Now I want her to join me here. Please Advise on the following:
1. Please suggest me on all the steps to begin the processing for my wife's IMMIGRANT VISA under following to join context.
2. Do I need to file anything more here in USA to begin with?
3. At the same time what kind of documents will she need?
4. How long does this entire process takes?
