Help on filling AR-11

Hi I am awaiting I-485 approval at VSC. Since I am changing residence I am filling ar-11. My I-485 is employment based.

Question: What should I fill for the questions "I am in the United States As: Visitor, Permanent Resident, Student, Other"

The other question is "If not a permanent resident, my stay in the U.S. Expires on: (Date)" What do I fill here since I am here on I-485

Check the 'Other' check box and write AOS next to it.

The other question is "If not a permanent resident, my stay in the U.S. Expires on: (Date)" What do I fill here since I am here on I-485

I don't think you need to write any date over there.
