could you please tell me which address you use for texas service center to send your I-765 and I-131.
can I use fed-ex service??

No, you cannot use FedEx - they don't deliver to PO boxes. You could use Priority mail or Certified mail so you can track your application.
 
hi tech one more question please

I am preparing my ead renewal form I-765 and there is a question that say:

Alien registration number or I-94 number (if any)

My las entry was as H-1b so i have a I-94 #, However my h-1b has expired and I am on ead now, so I also have a A#, which one should I use in the form. I am thinking that A# will make more sense now, any suggestion please????
