Dear friends,

I just downloaded G325A form and it has 4 pages but all are same except footer. Bottom of page say (1) Ident. (2) Rec. Br. (3) C and (4) Consul. What that means? Do I have to fill all 4 forms and send it to one place? Can I fill 1 page and make 3 copies?

Please help.

Thanks.

You would have to fill all four forms - better that way. In fact I know a lawyer who suggests using orginal forms where the four forms are in different colors with carbon in between (I don't know if that form is still been circulated by the BCIS). However, that's painful and you could still use the downloadable forms (if they can't be used, then why would the BCIS have them online).

If you have Adobe (full version) you can make your life easier. Create form fields on one page, select all and copy these fields to the remaining pages. This way, the data that you fill in the first page would automatically be copied to the remaining.
