Help on 7th year extension

My 6 years completing in April. My I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending. Can anyone tell me what documents require to file 7th year extension? Do my employer have to mention anywhere on I-129 for 7th year? Any format for covering letter?

Any help would be appreciated.

there is letter mentioning 21st century competitive act w.r.t.
and a copy of 140 approval and labor
