Help: NIW RFE Question

I just received my EB2-NIW I-140 RFE from NSC, it asks for more evidence:

"Demonstrate that the national interest would be impacted if labor certificate is required"

Besides more Recommendation Letters, are there any good arguments for this in my petition letter? Thanks very much for your input.

I think the best way would be to reiterate area of expertise , how they are in the national interest persuasively and why its in the best interest not to go through labour, they can only be mentioned in letters. I had recently asked a friend who had his NIW cleared the same question.
When was the case filed and what are your credentials. Please do update.

you can say your research is highly time sensitive, show the stat of the disease, in national interest and labor process actually defies this and effects your performance.
