I am having just about 14.5 months remaining on my h1 visa period and my current employer who did not file for last 3 years now wants to file in non-RIR from a state where it takes 3 years for labor in non-RIR. I am in deep soup as my employer is known to layoff people all round the year and may not have hired anyone in my field for last 2 years so there is hardly a chance to get labor cleared. I have over 7.5 years experience in IT. can any companies please help me. can i get preapproved labor, i need help pls. I am willing to transfer my h1 and start working with new employer if i can get preapproved LC.
