Hi,
  One of my friend has different Address (within same city) in geographical information form (by mistake) from her spouse for certain duration though they stayed together. . How will this affect their 485 application.

What is meant by copy is fine. I think the question is different from what you were thinking. Excuse me if I am wrong.
 
Shouldn\'t make much impact - spouses can live apart, you know. If questioned, does she have receipt
