I came to US on H4 with my spouse and got my h1 done here. We filed 485 on Oct. 19, 2001. My h1 is not stamped and now i am working on EAD. Obviously i need AP if i want to visit India biu my question is ...Is it safe to travel on AP? Do I have to woory about getting into trouble at POE when i come back.
