I would be very grateful if someone can tell me what I should prepare before going to local INS for green card passport stamped! Should I prepare photo this time?

You need to take 2 photos (not older then 1 month).
All EAD cards
All AP
Passport
I-94
Approval Letter (take photo copy for your reference)

Sometimes they may ask for residence id.
