I sent in my AOS package 3 weeks ago to chicago after my wife was granted her citizenship. I got a receip from the usps that proved that package was received 2 days after it was mailed. Mailed on 3/15 and recieved on 3/17. They haven't yet cashed the check nor sent me any NOA nor returned the package (in case something wasn't filled out right ). Through this forum I noticed that the check is usually cashed not more than one week after the receip of the package.
I had my I-130 already approved and I included a copy of it plus the other forms.
I just want to know the reason of this delay. It's really getting me frustrated.
