Hi, i didn't know where I should put this thread so I post it here.

I got deported 6 yrs ago after I got caught in an airport with a fake passport. I asked for asylum and I got denied also for an appeal. I got deported by my will without restriction to come back to usa. Now im 5 yrs. here without papers because i came again illigaly and now im thinking to get married but my fiance has only a green card so what do I have to do not to get deported back home again and become legal here.

Unless your mary a USC then you will have to go back to home country to apply to be legal

As you are already an overstay ilegal you could face a 3 to 10 year ban from entering the USA
