Help Needed!!!!

Case:
Experience : 14 years in the IT Industry with 4 year Degree. (Engineering)
I came here to US on an L1-Visa and file my 140 in 1999 but i got an RFE and i got laid off also.So i applied my labor in 2002 October thinking under EB2 RIR but after my labor approval i heard that it is under EB3 RIR. Now i have my I-140 also approved under EB3 .

Are there any options to file my I-485.

File PERM under EB2 and get I-140 EB2 approved and transfer my EB3 Priority date.
or
Can I use my L1-I140 prioriy date and file my I-1485.

Appreciate your advice.

Did you get approval for L1 I-140? If so, is it still active? If yes, PD can be ported.
