help needed

Hi
Today i went to local INS office to get my Intrim card but the lady over there took all the papers and after 10min she cam back saying that i dont have biometrics for I765(i showed her the paper which showed the finger printing notice which we already gave in AUG.)
I have a question do we get two Biometric for I765 and I485.
I am really confused.do we need to do biometrics twice.

You give biometrics ones and they are good for 15 months, so watch the time. Your FP may have expired or they may have not processed your FP. Ask them what to do. And ask your attorney.

it depends.

if you have a schedule for biometrics for I-765 and I-485 on the same date, you only do it once. the uscis tie up the biometrics to the two applications.

on the other hand, if you have seperate dates for both, you need to have two schedules for biometrics.

Indian boy ,
check on immigration.com home page. It says if you have filed I 485 and EAD, you will need separate FP.
