Help Needed

What should I write in Current Immigration status?
I'm not on H1b-. I'm on my EAd and have 485 filed since 2002.
I do not see anywher it says I-485 applicant under the list

Do I need to write as H1b in Current immigrataion. Even If i'm not on that.

I have never go out from USA and have used my AP since.

There is no AOS in drop down box of Current Immigration Status?

Any help would be great.

you should write...AOS(adjustment of status).

Status

Your status is Pending Adjustment Applicant. This is what an IIO wrote on my I-94 when I used my AP to return to the country. Hope this helps.

guys

you can not write manually while you e file EAD.
You have to select from Drop down menu

It is Advance Parole - something. I think it is the first or second option.

Thats what I selected and had no problems. I have the card in my hand now.
