Help Needed with FP

Gentleman,

I have done my FP in the Nashville, TN office on 5/19/03. I got the letter with the appointment schedule after calling the old 214 number on 4/25/03. My online status was never updated, and the message shown is the one that says it is taking 999 days to process the case. Even the FP schedule they sent was not updated.
I called the 800 number to find out what was going on and they said I should call again in one month. I have seen in this forum several fillers that called the FBI to find out if the finger prints were sent to the BICS. Could somebody please inform FBI number to call. My finger print receipt from Nashville office does not mention any number to call.
For the record my data is:
PD: June 2000
ND: 7/15/01
RD: 8/31/01
FP: 5/19/03.

Working on the 5th year of H1B with the same company.
First EAD approved in Jan 2002.
Second EAD approved in March 2003, I keep it just for safety.

I called the BICS 800 number...
It does not worth anything...

Called FBI today and they said the FP processing was completed on the same day and sent back to TSC. Then I asked them if everything was okay like if the finger prints were readable. For my surprise they said they could not tell me anything else because imigration have instructed them to not tell us anything else besides the day it was completed.
Question why imigration likes to keep us in the dark about how the processing is going? What they have to hide?

I think BCIS wants to keep the right to reject you and you cannot claim "FBI said I am clean why u kick my butt".
