Help needed with EAD Application !!!

I am about to file for I-485 and I am applying for EAD along with that. On the application form for EAD( I-765 ), there is a question (Q#11) asking if the candidate has ever applied for EAD before this or not. My question is Practical Training treated as EAD ? Do I need to answer "Yes" to this question ? If so, what kind of documentation do I need to attach ?

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

If you look at the Pratcital Training card, you can see clearly that it is an EAD
