help needed urgently!

I am in states on student visa. after completing one semester in my intial college..i decided to transfer to another college but instead of transferring me ..my college put me out of status.i send my papers to be re-instated but no news till now and its been about 6months.im travelling home during summer and i was wondering that since i still have my old college's name on my student visa and not my current college...whether it would pose a problem for me when i try to enter back USA.and also i send my I-94 for re-instatement.i only have the photocopy wid me.will it cause problem while leaving the country coz they need will need me to hand my original over to them.i do have 4years valid student visa.please do let me know soon if possible.thanks

Before you leave, you must be reinstated. You have to pressure int'l student office in your current school to speed up the reinstatement. The student visa doesn't mean anything if your I-94 is not valid and your paperwork doesn't have the correct school name on it. Talk immediately to your counselor.
