Help Needed Urgent

Hi guys,

My RD:09/10/01

My wife has her EAD which will expire on Nov 19/02 she has never used her EAD due to some reasons but she intends to work.

My question is should I apply for ext of EAD or wait for the approval.since the processing is going for backlogs of july/aug I am not sure when my turn will come.
2) How many days before can I apply for EAD my friends told it is 90 days before.

I have no idea what to do I am in a dilemma
Gurus, please,please help me out on this matter.I will be greatful

Wait for few more days as Sep cases may be approved soon, mean while prepare the paper work for applying EAD. Submit it around 24th of August (like 2 months before EAD expires) depending on your comfort zone.
 
If your spouse does not intend to work in the next few months or so....don't apply and waste that money....besides she never worked when she got it...if you wait for the GC approval then she can get the SS number and be able to work still...
