Here is the scinario. I travelled to the US on non-immigrant visa. I moved in with a woman I knew before(she is US citizen), we fell in love and got married two months later.Two months afer marriage I had to go back home for emergency so we lived together total of 4 months say. Now she will start petition I-130. I would appreciate it if you advice on what to put in the following:
14-C(Date arrived?arrival/departure record?date auhorized stay expires?) should I leave them plank or put N/A?
13-B
Parents. Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your own name?
Yes. Give certificate number, date and place of issuance. No
14-B leave it plank or put N/A since she is itizen?
16-C
Where, when? if the answe was NO
17-C
Should I put None or N/A for all bellow wife since I have no kids?
21-C should I put 4 months or two months?
22-C leave planks ? I'm outside the US now! isn't confusing?
