now my question is if i file i130 for my wife will uscis asked my ex for any thing that how i received green card or some thing like that or i just need to wait for my citizenship because now its only 8 month left to apply for citizenship any help will be appreciated thank you

According to INA 204(a)(2)(A), a permanent resident generally cannot petition for a spouse within 5 years of getting permanent residency through a prior marriage, unless you establish through clear and convincing evidence that the prior marriage was not entered into for the purpose of evading immigration laws. Once you pass 5 years after getting permanent residency, or become a citizen (which can't happen until 5 years after getting permanent residency for you anyway), this no longer applies. So maybe you should wait until you get to 5 years before petitioning.

Thank you so much this forum help me to stand 0 to top with out paying anything i saved thousands of attorney fees any way i was thinking too i should wait to get citizenship because i know how hard i got residency here
