Hi friends, I have a few questions.
My 140 Has just been approved on 09/11/2005
485 is still pending at NSC filed concurrent with 140 on Dec 3 2003
1st FP May 2004
2nd Fp OCt 2005 (Biometrics)
RFE on 485 Sep 7 2005 .

My question is that how long does it take them to update the status
that they have recieved my RFE.
My case status still shows that " On Sep 7 we have mailed you a request"
It has been 2 months since my attorney has mailed them the RFe.It was
through regular mail so no tracking
I called uscis 1 month ago and they said it will take time for them to update
Have they even recieved it or not because the deadline was nov 30 2005
How can I find out if I have been assigned a visa number
I emailed NVC and said they have no record of my application
How do I check my name check status.where do I email
Secondly my current status is AOS (not on any kind of visas)
I got married after I applied for my 140/485 .Therefore I couldnt add
my wifes name the application. She is outsude the US. Can I file
i-824 and bring her here as my 485 is pending. Other than that what is the fastest
way to bring her here as I am not on H1 visas
Any help would really be appreciated
